Lee has over 25 years industry and consulting experience in the areas of Finance and Information Technology dealing with small and medium sized businesses, State and Local Counties and Cities, as well as Fortune 1000 companies.
Specialties: Focus on configuration of Oracle Financials and Procurement applications from version 11.0 through R12.2 and 45 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials and Procurement. Special interests include Financial Reporting Studio, BI Publisher, OTBI and SmartView Oracle ACE Pro since 2015.

Tom is a Transformation expert with 25+ years of experience building, scaling, and leading consulting practices across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and Cloud technologies. Tom has led more than 50 Oracle Cloud implementations across Commercial, State & Local, and Federal sectors.
I’m passionate about creating scalable delivery models, empowering teams, and driving measurable business outcomes for clients navigating digital transformation. I’ve published extensively on ERP and Cloud best practices and have presented at dozens of industry conferences, including OAUG, OATUG, Collaborate / Ascent, and Oracle OpenWorld.
Tom has been an Oracle ACE Pro since 2016.
